Bilreda: Facilitating the Administration of Your Company Cars

Located right outside Stockholm, Bilreda is the only company in Sweden that concentrates solely on car-administration. We are able to act independently of financiers and we put all our effort into satisfying our customers.

Our clients save both time and money by letting us take care of the administration of their company-cars. We go through all related paperwork in great detail, hence bringing down the time our customers need to spend on such tedious tasks to an absolute minimum.

Our invoices are sent out either monthly or quarterly, depending on the client's preference. To facilitate book-keeping procedures for our customers, these invoices cover each car and expenditure that our customer-company has in its fleet, one by one, as well as expenditure-group by expenditure-group. (For example gas, tires, and reparations.)

Once we are hired to administer a company's cars and dealing with related but time-consuming tasks such as registration, parking and speeding tickets, and insurance payments, you will notice that having a large fleet of company-leased cars is no longer a hassle or an administrative nightmare.

While we are busy making sure our clients' car-administration is running smoothly, we free our customers do what they do best. In turn, we like to think that with several years' worth of experience and a large pool of knowledge, we are doing what we do best and we are doing it better than anybody else is.
